Market Dollar Update
We have wrapped up the program for the year!
We have regrettably concluded the Market Dollar Program at all participating markets for the year. It has been an overwhelming response to the program this year and sadly the amount of interest has caused us to wrap up the program earlier than expected.
Please note we will NOT be at the Oshawa Market, August 9, 2024.
We'd like to thank the Markets for having us participate at their locations; Ontario Works for their enormous generosity in funding the program; We'd also like to thank all the individuals and families for participating in the program.
We hope to be back at the Farmer's Markets next year, bigger and better with more funding to offer everyone.
Common Goods - Food Program
Purchase a box of fresh produce for just $25.
We are working with our partners across Durham Region to help feed families and individuals that face food insecurity and poverty. We source, process and deliver boxes of produce and fresh food to our clients.
Our boxes typically contain 10-12 items which usually include products such as carrots, potatoes, apples, bananas, oranges, eggs and bread. We make special effort to supplement our boxes with local organic produce whenever possible.
